Delivery Policy

At LM Brasso, every product and instrument is carefully prepared and packaged to guarantee safe, prompt delivery to your doorstep or school campus.

1. Order Processing & Inspection

Accessories & Gear: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Brass Instruments: Prior to delivery, every brass instrument undergoes a thorough In-House Technical Check & Play-Test by our workshop technicians to ensure proper alignment and valve response. Please allow 2–4 business days for setup and packing.

2. Local Hong Kong Delivery

Standard Delivery: Delivered within 1–3 business days following order dispatch.

School Fleet Maintenance & Pickup: Scheduled collection and delivery for school instrument maintenance (brass and woodwind) can be arranged directly through your dedicated account representative.

3. Store & Workshop Pick-Up

Free pickup is available at our Hong Kong showroom/workshop.

We will notify you via Email or WhatsApp as soon as your items or maintained instruments are ready for collection.

4. Regional & Overseas Shipping

We ship brass instruments and accessories across Greater China and selected international destinations.

Shipping rates and estimated timelines are calculated at checkout or provided via custom quote for institutional orders.

5. Safe Shipping Guarantee

All brass instruments are shipped in protective, multi-layered packaging to safeguard against transit damage.

Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our service team can resolve it immediately.
